Avontic 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Avontic, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our return process is designed to be simple, consistent, and compliant for customers in all countries where we ship.


Return Eligibility & Time Frame

  • Customers may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition, including original parts and packaging.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 60-day window.

Return Shipping Method & Fees

  • Method: All returns are completed by mail.

  • Return Label: Customers are responsible for downloading, printing, and purchasing their own return shipping label.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Avontic will cover the cost of the return label.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Customers may alternatively choose store credit, which is issued immediately after approval and never expires.


Store Credit Option

Customers who prefer store credit may request it at any time during the return process.
Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used toward any future purchase

  • May include a courtesy bonus in select cases

  • Items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund.
