Can one request include different tablet models?
Yes. List each iPad, Galaxy Tab or Surface model with its quantity. Include iPad A-numbers, Galaxy Tab SM-numbers or the exact Surface model and generation when available.
Can you help us choose the products?
Describe how the tablets will be held, carried and used. Avontic can help you compare case designs and bundle configurations against your device requirements.
Can we use a purchase order or request tax-exempt purchasing?
Include those requirements in your inquiry. Eligibility, documentation and payment terms are reviewed individually. You can also ask for a W-9 and vendor information.
How are bulk pricing and delivery confirmed?
Share your quantities, destination, timing and receiving requirements. Pricing, availability and shipping arrangements are confirmed for the proposed order.
Can we request a sample?
Ask about a sample with your volume inquiry. Availability, price and shipping require confirmation; samples are not automatically free.
How do returns work for a team order?
Returns follow Avontic’s current return policy. Discuss a large order’s eligibility and return process with the team before purchasing.
