Open Settings → General → About. Locate the model number beginning with “A”; tap the displayed part number if needed to reveal it.
Find the SM code.
Open Settings → About tablet and locate the model name and model number beginning with “SM-”.
Confirm family and generation.
Use the Surface app or Windows Settings → System → About, then match the Surface Pro or Surface Go generation shown.

Get compatibility helpWhat is the difference between standard WorkForce and WorkForce Elite?
WorkForce 360° and Surface WorkForce pair the selected protective case with a standard rechargeable 10-inch wireless keyboard. iPad and Galaxy Tab systems include a shoulder strap; Surface offers strap and no-strap configurations. WorkForce Elite is currently an iPad system and adds a backlit keyboard plus a wireless mouse.
Are the keyboard and mouse attached to the case?
No. They are independent wireless accessories, allowing the case, keyboard and Elite mouse to be positioned separately. They do not mechanically attach to the tablet case or act as its front cover.
How do I choose the correct tablet model?
Use the exact identifier rather than screen size alone. For iPad, find the A-number in Settings → General → About. For Galaxy Tab, find the SM model code in Settings → About tablet. For Surface, confirm the Surface Pro or Surface Go family and generation.
What is included in each bundle?
Every bundle includes the case configuration selected on the product page and the keyboard stated in the product title. iPad and Galaxy Tab systems include a detachable shoulder strap; Surface includes it only with the strap configuration. Elite systems also include a wireless mouse. Review the individual product page because integrated case details can vary by selected tablet model.
Is the tablet or stylus included?
No. The iPad, Galaxy Tab or Surface device is not included. A stylus, charging adapter and any accessory not expressly listed in the product's In the Box details are also not included.
Can a business order mix tablet models and colors?
Yes. Add a separate line for each model, color and quantity in the business request so Avontic can review compatibility and keep the proposed configuration clear.
Do you support formal quotes, purchase orders and tax-exempt purchasing?
Business customers can request a formal quote, purchase-order review, tax-exempt review or help with the purchasing workflow. Eligibility, documentation and purchasing terms are confirmed during follow-up; purchase orders are reviewed case by case.
How do shipping and returns work?
Avontic offers free tracked shipping, with final timing shown at checkout and governed by the current shipping policy. Orders are covered by the current 60-Day Returns policy; contact the business team before returning a large order.
