1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame

  • Policy Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new or good condition, including all original parts and packaging. Slightly used items are also eligible for return.

  • Acceptance: Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

2. Return Shipping Method & Cost (Zero Cost for Customer)

To ensure a risk-free experience, Avontic provides free return shipping on all eligible returns.

  • Method: All returns are completed by mail.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free for the customer. Avontic will provide a pre-paid return label for all returns and exchanges requested within the 60-day window.

3. How to Request a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team. A return authorization is required.

  • Process: Please include your order number for faster assistance. A return authorization (RA) and pre-paid shipping instructions will be provided before shipping any item back.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we offer the following options:

  • Processing Time: Eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.

  • Refund Option 1 (Full Refund): Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund Option 2 (Store Credit): Customers may alternatively choose store credit, which is issued immediately after approval and never expires.

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.

  • Store credit may include a courtesy bonus in select cases.
