Selection guidance: Surface Pro 4/5/6/7, Surface Pro 7 Plus, Surface Pro X, and Surface Go use different fitted shells. Even closely sized devices should not be treated as interchangeable. Confirm the complete model before choosing the color.

1. Find the full device name

Open Settings › System › About and record the Surface model. A Microsoft serial lookup can also help identify an uncertain device.

2. Match the selector exactly

Choose the complete Surface Go, Pro, Pro 7 Plus, or Pro X option before selecting a finish.

3. Check accessory clearance

After installation, test charging, cameras, controls, Surface Pen storage, and any Type Cover or dock you plan to use.

Release the retaining tabs without sharply bending the rigid frame, kickstand, or rotating rear assembly.

Seat and align

Place the Surface into the fitted shell, align every camera, speaker, port, and button, then close the frame evenly around all edges.

Test before carrying

Check touch, charging, audio, cameras, controls, pen access, stand stability, grip rotation, strap clips, and anchor points.
